MN Online Coaching (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you apply for coaching, download a guide or join the newsletter, we collect the details you give us — typically your first name, email address and, where you choose to share them, your Instagram handle and goals. Our forms send this to our customer-relationship system (GoHighLevel) so Mac can respond to you and, where you've signed up for it, send you the newsletter.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, in aggregate. This helps us improve pages; it doesn't identify you personally to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't email you without a reason you'd recognise — either you asked a question, applied, or subscribed. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Message @mnonlinecoach and we'll sort it.
