Real people. Real graft.

Parents, site workers, 9-to-5ers and business owners — the change is drastic enough that people ask if it's natural. It's structure, accountability and time.

It was never the plan that failed you

You've had plans. You've started over more times than you'd like to admit. What actually breaks people is the stuff no PDF fixes:

Inconsistency

Perfect Monday to Friday, undone by the weekend. Without a system, willpower always runs out first.

No structure

Random workouts and guessed calories feel productive, then six months pass and the mirror hasn't changed.

Uncertainty

Conflicting advice everywhere, so you second-guess everything and commit to nothing.

Weak accountability

Nobody notices when you quietly stop. An app streak isn't a coach in your corner.

Coaching, not another workout plan

A plan tells you what to do on a good week. A coach is there for the other kind — the work blow-ups, the holidays, the weeks you want to quit. Tommy messaged Mac at 11 o'clock at night when things were going south, not for a macro tweak, just to talk. That's the difference, and it's why his clients stop rebounding.

  • A personalised plan in the Trainerize app — a PT in your pocket with video run-throughs and your own nutrition approach
  • Weekly 1-1 check-ins with Mac himself, plus daily communication whenever you need it
  • Flexible dieting built around food you enjoy — weddings, holidays and weekends included
  • A close-knit community of people on the same graft
  • You're taught the why, so the results still stand years after the coaching ends
  • karoliinasaunders Mac is not like any other online coach… he's there with you every step of the way. My journey is only just beginning as I've been with him for 6 months but results are unbelievable already, physically and mentally!

The system behind the results

The Mac Method

The framework Mac used to get shredded before 24 while still going out with his mates — and the one every client plan is built on. Three pillars, no fads:

01

The 80/20 Nutrition Protocol

A calorie deficit and a protein target do the heavy lifting. The other 20% is food you actually like, so the diet survives real life.

02

Training for Aesthetics

You're not training for the Olympics — you're training to look good with your shirt off. Smart, time-efficient sessions that respect your diary.

03

The Lifestyle Integration Formula

The bit most plans ignore: weekends, pints, holidays. A weekly structure that bends without breaking, so you're never 'starting again on Monday'.

Straight answers first

How much does coaching cost?+

1-1 coaching is £249/month, rolling — no tie-in. The 28-Day Lock In & Lean Out Blueprint is a one-off £197. Both pages spell out exactly what's included before you commit to anything.

I've been burned by coaches before. Why is this different?+

Most coaching dies at the 12-week finish line — you rebound, and the coach has moved on. Mac keeps his roster small enough to run every weekly 1-1 check-in himself and rewrite plans off the back of them. Clients like Tom came in having lost trust in every coach they'd tried; he's since lost over ten stone.

How much time does it actually take?+

Training is built around your diary, typically three to four sessions a week and under an hour each. If work blows a week up, the plan bends — that's the point of having a coach instead of a PDF.

Is this for men or women?+

Both. Mac coaches men and women from their twenties to their fifties — parents, site workers, 9-to-5ers and business owners. The plan is built around your life, not a template.

What happens after I apply?+

Mac reads every application himself and replies personally within a day or two. Applying starts a conversation about fit — no payment is taken and there's no pressure script.

Stop starting over

the time passes anyway — Mac's own words

Apply for 6-month coaching and Mac will read it himself, or prove something to yourself first with 28 days. Either way, it starts with one message.
